The inspirational setting of the Eugene O’Neill National Historic Site and Tao House is fodder for visual artists looking for a plein-air location for painting, sculpture or photography... even a bit of writing. For the past 16 years the Foundation and National Park Service have set aside specific days to facilitate those artists who spend a day adjacent to the Las Trampas hills with spectacular views of the San Ramon Valley.
